The new product releases are available to both Toolkit and ASCII customers and include advance warning of all scheduled enhancements. ASCII Updates
First DataBank Europe is also committed to providing regular updates and technical support to customers implementing systems using ASCII data. The latest ASCII version is Version 6.0. If you are a customer using Multilex ASCII data and would like help, please contact support@firstdatabank.co.uk.
Web Data Updates
Customers of First DataBank Europe are now able to download their regular data cut of the Multilex Drug Data File directly from FDBE's website allowing the automation of their update process. For further details please contact our Customer Service Department or if you are a customer with a password, download your update here.
