Developer Support
First Databank is committed to supporting its customers and part of what we offer is assistance for system developers with a licence for Multilex Drug Data File. This includes providing support and assitance for areas such as web data updates, incremental updates and Toolkit or data version updates.
New functionality is developed to meet changing market requirements and help our customers continue to meet the needs of their own customers and free upgrades of product functionality are available regularly to First DataBank Europe customers. The new product releases are available to both Toolkit and ASCII customers and include advance warning of all scheduled enhancements.
