M5 to First Databank Europe
- Leave M5 at junction 31 - signposted Okehampton, Crediton A30. (If coming South, ignore an earlier exit signposted Exeter.)
- Leave the A30 at the first junction - signposted Crediton, etc. This slip road descends to a roundabout.
- Take the third exit from the roundabout - signposted Crediton.
- Continue to traffic lights, where you are faced by a complex set of lights. Effectively you need to turn right, but this is not allowed; instead you have to do a tour through all the traffic lights, as follows:
- Turn left at the first lights - signposted Dawlish.
- Immediately turn right. Ahead there are three lanes at the lights. DO NOT TAKE THE LEFT TURN ONLY LANE, but do take the leftmost of the other two lanes at the lights - signposted Dawlish and then turn right. You are now heading back towards the roundabout!
- Keep to the left lane and immediately bear left - signposted Dawlish.
- Bear right at the mini roundabout, continuing along Alphington Road.
- Ignore further signs for Dawlish and follow the road ahead, going past Alphington church on your left. After you pass the Admiral Vernon Pub (on your right), you will approach a mini roundabout. Just before you get to the roundabout First DataBank Europe is found in a courtyard on your left.
Southgate Hotel/Hotel Barcelona to First Databank Europe Limited
- Follow the signs for Torquay/Plymouth/Okehampton & Crediton/Marsh Barton
- At traffic lights keep to the left hand lane and go across two sets of traffic lights and down the hill.
- Stay in the left hand lane signposted for Okehampton (A30)
- Follow signs for Alphington keep in left hand lane for Torquay/Plymouth/Okehampton & Barnstaple (M5)
- 2 Lanes bearing to left and go straight through the traffic lights (Riverside leisure centre on R/H Side)
- Straight across 1 set of traffic lights and 2 sets of pelican lights
- Bear into right hand lane following signs for Dawlish A379/Alphinton
- Go through a set of traffic lights, then staying in the left hand lane, pass Sainsbury’s and bear left following signs to Alphington, filtering left for Dawlish
- Roundabout turn right
- Pass Parish church on Left Hand Side
- 150 yards on left hand side is gated entrance to First Databank Europe
A38/A380 North Bound to First Databank Europe Limited
- Follow the A38/A380 sign posted Exeter/M5
- Take the next exit - A379 (Signposted Dawlish)
- Turn Left onto Chudleigh Road (Marsh Barton & Alphington)
- Stay on this road until you reach a turning on the left signed Alphington.
- This road takes you to 2 mini roundabouts right on top of each other, go straight across and then turn right after 50 metres into the farm gates.
