The Marketing team currently has a vacancy for a Marketing Executive to assist in the effective implementation of the overall marketing strategy, further strengthening our position as market leader. Under the overall direction of the Marketing Manager, the Marketing Executive will take responsibility for a range of marketing activities including joint marketing with customers, production of marketing literature, implementation of promotions, copywriting, market research and co-ordination of attendance at exhibitions and users groups.

The successful candidate will be a professional marketer with good general marketing knowledge across the full marketing mix including PR. The individual must be able to operate at a ‘hands-on’ level and will be used to managing projects with challenging deadlines. Ideally, this role is suited to someone who has played a key role within a small or medium sized marketing team with a proven track record. A customer focus is of utmost importance.

Strong communication skills (both verbal and written) and interpersonal skills are essential, as is the ability to work well within a team and be flexible. Knowledge of the healthcare market is desirable but not essential.

It is critical that the candidate is able to work under their own initiative and be willing to travel within the UK as necessary.
