FDBE is continuously developing and progressing existing and new functionality and products to ensure that we remain at the forefront of patient safety improvements. We run an active product development programme based upon feedback from customers and end users, national requirements and newly emerging standards for clinical systems.

FDBE works closely with customers to ensure that our product development plans support customers' technical requirements and development timescales and are aligned with customers' long term business strategy. By continually improving the ease with which our products can integrate with clinical systems, we are confident that our customers can also remain at the forefront of new patient safety initiatives.

We have recently developed a new Multilex DDF API built on the Microsoft® .NET framework to support our customers in utilising latest technologies and in meeting emerging requirements and standards for clinical decision support within healthcare systems.

Our 2008 product release includes new and improved functionality to benefit customers and end users.

New Product Functionality
New Multilex DDF functionality is released in new versions of our APIs and ASCII files. Customers are encouraged to move to the latest version of Multilex DDF and incorporate new functionality in order to take advantage of important new developments and keep pace with emerging healthcare standards and patient safety initiatives. Please note that new developments are not made available in previous versions of our products.
