The Multilex Browser is a stand-alone reference application providing quick and easy access to the clinical and commercial information contained within the Multilex Drug Data File. Simple to install and operate, the Multilex Browser offers all the benefits of Multilex DDF that users expect, in a format that is logical and intuitive. 

All Multilex DDF’s referential drug information is presented within the Multilex Browser including referential access to the alert messages for the clinical decision support modules. 

Using the Multilex DDF drug terminology, the Multilex Browser can also support drug-interaction checking. This check can be carried out ‘on the fly’ with information provided by the user and patient for scenarios where there is no access to a full patient history or no access to a clinical system with Multilex DDF decision support. 

This comprehensive reference source provides valuable support to healthcare professionals, either in conjunction with a clinical system or as a tool to support medications management in settings where a clinical system is not in place but access to high quality electronic drug information is still required.
